I developed a global (US, IN, EU) scaled agile governance model, building teams with agile mindset, implementing agile methodologies, processes, and practices (based on Lean, Kanban, SAFe, and Scrum), and organizing teams around the value streams promoting organizational structure for agility sustainability and achieve enterprise agility.
