Follow up the production process to be sure it’s complying with the approved drawings, Specifications and work instructions. 2. Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems 3. Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions. 4. Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations. 5. Inspect the production at many phases according to test procedures and check sheets (Quality Plan) including (Raw material-Part fabrication-welding (VT-DPT-MT)-Painting-Final assembly and function tests). 6. Develop additional check sheets to control and improve the quality of products. 7. Training the technician team to perform inspections according to their experiences. 8. Attend the FAT and SAT tests inside the depot or in the main line to evaluate the train's performance before the Experimental working period. 9. Attend the Experimental working period on the main line to evaluate the train's performance. 10. Handling over the trains to the operation team. 11. Maintenance and warranty full supervision by following, inspecting, faults analyzing, reporting and holding meetings to save the train performance. Show less
