UMKM Batik Karangmlati is small-home business that produces Batik cloth with traditional method. The value of the product lies in the color of nature (the coloring material are from herbs) and unique batik's motif that recovered by tourism local department from long lost history of Batik Demak, which each product is have unique characteristics. Although embodied by deep value and culture, UMKM Batik Karangmlati is still lack in inventory management which lead to hardly located product and relatively long time needed to serve the costumer. In order to address the issues, my team make a project such as: 1. Create inventory program, inventory system, and product database using MS Access database with specific identification method. 2. Create product code, stock opname program, and conduct the first stock opname, which be used in creating better merchandising by sorting the product by each code name which minimize the time needed to located the product hence minimize the costumer waiting time to see and feels the products.
