Responsibilities as follows : 1 - Ordering processing : -Receiving orders from authorized dealers and reply them with order type and availability. -Specify order freight type such as DHL, S/f, Airfreight and dangerous goods. -Submit dealers order in IDIS system and send the order to GLC using star order system . -Submit stock order proposal to the IDIS system creating monthly stock order. -Record expected delivery date and shipment in IDIS system and inform the dealers accordingly. -Prepare discrepancy reports (shortages, overages, damages) and follow-up on them and receive and handle supplier credit notes. 2-Processing of Back orders: -Maintenance of the open order file (keeping track on backorders and release backorder to dealers). -Master File Maintenance & inquiries -Receiving parts (Processing of received non stocked items and handing of replaced parts). -Creating and follow up order proposal from customer backorder on weekly basis. 3-Customer Support: -Handling Dealers Backorders -Receiving and replying for all dealers Bottleneck enquiry with part status and expected dispatching date. -Follow up open opportunities and taking actions to speed delivery. -Answering Order/parts order cancellation. 4-Parts Logistics -Supporting logistics cycle and processing of documents needed for custom clearance (form 4 & legalized invoice and original invoice) and complete all necessary communication toward clearance agent. -Follow up the shipments from airport/land port till arriving to the Central Logistics Center and receiving the invoice form the Clearance Company. 5-Parts costing -Capturing MBZ delivery number to the IDIS for all shipments. 6-Parts support - IT communication: -Communicating IDIS system errors to IT dept. -Communicating with ITP/SW and follow any modification within IDIS system. -Responsible for all ordering system communication and cascading the know how to others (SPM) , (IDIS) &reviewing data maintenance and cleaning for smooth operation and process.
