Created from scratch an optical device intended for cancer detection. Was able to detect nanoscale differences between tissues to sort them out. This served as a proof of concept of the device’s ability to differentiate between cancerous and healthy tissue. Acquired multiple interdisciplinary skills ranging from optical and electrical engineering to advanced programming in different languages, as well as project managing and communication skills.
