Self discipline, driven for results and humble are few yet strong traits that make Isaiho. Well fit for all environment.

Ryan Mwanzui

Isiaho is a heavy weight in results management. Not only does he understand the M4P approach and the DCED inside-out—but also demystifies it for implementation staff, gaining their total collaboration and support. He has very strong quantitative skills, which he applies to great effect in; indicator derivations, complex calculations, projections, questionnaire design, data collection, analysis and interpretation. Isiaho’s strengths are not limited to quantitative and technical skills, but also soft skills. He is a great team player, sociable, optimistic, with an excellent can-do attitude in all situations, however difficult. He is indeed a big PLUS to any team.
