  Overall responsibility of receiving inspection like Raw material, Special Process, Machining Parts & Vendor development. ➢ Review of receiving inspection activities. ➢ Monitoring and control of incoming product Identification and traceability. ➢ Ensuring development of new component and systems quality, Technical feasibility & potential suppliers to meet the customer requirements. ➢ Inspection of incoming material / Semi-finished / Finished parts in line with PO and TDS requirements. ➢ Validation of raw material. ➢ Supplier Audits - Supplier selection initial QMS Audit, periodic Audits and handling supplier Complaints. ➢ On time review of Rejection and rework parts and move to DIR / Quality clinic along with details NC tag and 8D report. ➢ Monitoring and control of sub tiers. ➢ Review and managing of approved supplier directory and circulate to HOD - Quality. ➢ Internal / Supplier Complaints - Release of Quality Alert, daily review of all Quality issues, initiation of immediate CA, release of 8D and its implementation, concession and deviation review. ➢ Identification of training needs which includes Customers, Internal, Third-party, Statutory & Regulatory requirements. ➢ Monitoring and implementation of quality system requirement within the department. ➢ Effective Poka-Yoke & Kaizen implementation at in-house & at supplier end. ➢ Record retention. ➢ Coordinating internal and external audit.
