 Responsible for overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule & sure that products are produce on time & are of good Quality, monitoring product standard, implementing Quality Control programme. Prepare process flow, work instruction for each model & continuously update. Co-ordinate with colleagues for BOM preparation during the protostage & ensure the material is consumed as per BOM during the production stage. Responsible to handle various engineering activities, involving working out various fields as per work w.r.t.planning,layouts,facilities,machines/equipments, manpower & documentation (all QC tools including SOP) Preparation of inward inspection (GIIR) report, final inspection report. Responsible for in process inspection as per plan, in process daily reduction, data recording & monitor, in process rejection analysis, set up approval, new line set up audit, making work instructions, control plan & checklist. Involvement in internal as well as external audit of ISO. Responsible for implementation of continuous improvement projects through KAIZEN, 5S, 7QC, mistake proofing (Poke-Yoke), TPM, SQC, etc Responsible for pre-delivery inspection to inspect conformity of end product to the requirement of customer
