Worked as a short-term consultant at the Country Office of WFP Bangladesh . I was assigned to conduct a comprehensive learning needs assessment (LNA) for all staff of WFP Bangladesh. Based on the assessment I prepared a Learning Calendar which was aligned to develop individual capacity of WFP staffs in line of the Country Strategic Plan (CSP) 2020. I also coordinated different trainings and personally facilitated a number of trainings on performance management, competency based behavioral interviewing, WFP Code of Conduct etc. I also contributed to number of OD efforts like restructuring the onboarding process for new hires, reviewing the training nomination and evaluation process, review of health insurance benefits for the local staff etc.
