  In my position as a student worker in the Financial Aid office, I served as one of the first contact personnel to students and families that visit Edinboro University. I served to help students and parents fill out FAFSA & PHEAA applications, loan documents (entrance counseling, master promissory note etc.), and answer any questions regarding financial aid that a student or parent may have had, either through walk-in visits or phone conversations. I worked with Banner, an Ellucian product, to navigate over fifteen (15) different screens to provide the most useful and relevant information to students.
