In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, I am working 36+ hours as a screener to scan incoming visitors of NEMA Boston for symptoms of respiratory infection including fever, cough, and shortness of breath to prevent the spread of germs to residents. I provide educational information about COVID-19 such as actions that the facility is taking to protect visitors and residents, and actions they can take to protect themselves. If a visitor shows signs of illness, I direct them to a local healthcare facility to receive further assessment and appropriate guidance. Show less
