Managing LAW's Bangladesh programme in Cox's Bazar aimed at ensuring Rohingya community's meaningful participation in ongoing international justice efforts including the ongoing case before ICJ between Gambia and Myanmar, and other criminal investigations. Mainly focusing on empowering survivors of SGBV in particular including male and hijra survivors, through projects' implementation. More specifically, involved in:- Identifying strategic cases, legal interventions, conducting interviews for witness testimony, protection interventions, and referrals; - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key actors including governments, partners, community groups, INGO’s and the UN; - Managing and supporting a cadre of community volunteers; - Implementing high-level advocacy strategy, outreach and communication with communities projects to ensure accurate, up-to-date information on international justice mechanisms for Rohingya- Leading and coordinating research projects to produce evidence-based reports for Rohingya's access to justice for crimes in Myanmar and health/MHPSS services- Finally, project implementation in accordance with proposals, budgets, LAW policies, procedures and donor regulations.
