Bio

I had the chance to work with Ishita for a period of 3 years between July 2014 to October 2017. Ishita comes across as an individual who was born to impact people and systems around her. A strong personality who pushes her limits to impact change and most importantly empowers others around her to believe the same. I have personally seen her grow as a professional throughout this period and beyond. But most importantly I have seen the impact that she has had on the group/teams that she has either managed or has been a part of. Be it as a teacher for a group of 50 odd kids in a marginalised govt school classroom or as a coach to over 50+ individuals in the past 4.5+ years, her impact on them is clearly visible. And this includes me. She is an excellent team member and a stellar facilitator, who genuinely takes care and keeps people and their growth at the centre of everything she does.

I have known Ishita for quite some time now. She has been a very close friend of mine and I treasure the memories we have when I look back. I have studied with her in college and I remember how involved she was in co-curricular activities. She participated in debates, theatre and I remember she was a fantastic actor. I have always loved her company and the fact that she can multi-task. Ishita possesses excellent writing skills and the ability to evaluate without being judgmental ; her composure is definitely her strength. All my best wishes!
