Ishaq is a fantastic leader with a strong sense of business development. While at the 49er Travel Plaza, he was consistently innovative and forward in his thinking. For example, he brought in child sized sunglasses that included a character mask in the design, which he found at a trade show. Upon implementing this product, it flew off the shelves and sold well. He was constantly sourcing new products to bring to the truck stop. Overall, he recruited quality people, provided in-depth training and treated each person in a professional manner. I would highly recommend Ishaq for any future projects that he endures.
