  Worked with Ernst and Young US from Oct 2014 till April 2016 in their Redwood Shores office as Experienced Audit Senior where I was part of multiple audit teams as lead senior including both public and private clients. My responsibility for public audit clients is opinion towards both ICFR and Financial Statements. Major highlights of my working in US were:1. Plan, execute and manage financial statement audit of public companies in Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical sector having annual revenue of $100M to $450M in FY 15.2. Manage and lead team of five to 9 members on all the engagements simultaneously in the execution of quarterly, interim and annual procedures for SEC registered clients. Performed audit of public companies and obtained extensive exposure to SEC reporting requirements through client filings of Annual Reports (10-K), Quarterly Reports (10-Q)3. Plan, execute and manage audits of internal controls in accordance with SOX 404 compliance, including the identification and analysis of significant accounts, processes, risks and controls and communicating findings to the client in order to improve and enhance business processes and reporting.4. Perform analytical review of companies key and fraudulent areas to identify unusual account fluctuations and potential audit risk areas.5. Supervise engagement teams and serve as key client contact including strong communication and coordination with Controllers and VP, Finance on the client filing deadlines, deliverables and any issues noted.6.
