TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, I am writing to share my experience with Ms. Dedhia. Every once in a while, an individual stands out due to their outstanding qualities and, without a doubt, Isha is one of those people. I met Isha through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program where she was a Tax Preparer and I was the Site Coordinator. It quickly became apparent that she was a fast learner whose attention to detail was off the charts! Throughout the tax season, she regularly corrected mistakes that others would miss such as transposed numbers and misspelled names. These mistakes would have often resulted in lower refunds and/or huge delays, so it’s no exaggeration to say that her skills saved our customers both time and money. Isha was also instrumental in helping us implement our new Virtual Tax Prep program. It was truly inspiring to see her tackle that project with such and enthusiasm and make it a success. We honestly couldn’t have done it without her. Last but not least, Isha was never late. In fact, she frequently showed up well before her scheduled shift to help with the setup or do whatever else needed to be done. Talk about a team player. And she did all of this while maintaining a full-time job. Throughout the time I have known her, Isha has been a positive, motivated individual with a can-do attitude. Her boundless curiosity paired with her knowledge of accounting and taxes enabled her to become an incredible tax preparer who was consistently able to get the best possible refund for our customers. Not to mention that her great attitude and dedication to our program made her an absolute pleasure to work with. To sum it up, I would wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Isha Dedhia.
