Basil Saleh

It is my pleasure to recommend Isha to campaigns or as an organizer on any project. Isha’s resume was impressive before volunteering to help our 2020, Saleh for Campbell Union High School District campaign, but I trust this letter will lend testimony to her enthusiastic civic involvement. Isha spent countless hours working to bolster our effort. She was with us when we were training on the PDI Phone Banking app. We had to get up to speed within a matter of days, apply voter universes, and start calling constituents almost immediately. Isha was instrumental in mobilizing her high school peers to help out with this effort. She was an organizer, a trainer, and a participant who seized each task with a friendly, can-do attitude. Isha was amazingly agile and made herself available to organize volunteers and expedite literature distribution. Her availability and attention to detail distinguished her from everyone else on our team. Isha is also a captivating speaker. She was more than happy to oblige when we asked her to talk on a Zoom call about democracy and participation. She spoke of her own experience and inspired our audience of all ages to use the November election as a springboard for positive change. I have absolute confidence that Isha will be a wonderful asset to any team. She is collaborative, meticulous, and she bears great conscience for the environment and social justice. If, in the future, I were to launch another campaign, Isha would be top of my list: she is focused, a bright student with a promising future, and she conducts herself professionally. I would gladly add to this written recommendation a glowing verbal referral of Isha to anyone, at any time, and I've made myself easy to contact for this reason.
