  ‐ Interpreted and carried out client requirements while maintaining vital software systems used by the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) to coordinate road and weather-related incident response statewide with agencies such as the Oregon State Police. ‐ Rebuilt and modernized the main incident management dashboard within ODOT's Transportation Operation Center System (TOCS) using ASP.NET Core with Vue.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL. ‐ Applied test-driven development principles to construct detail screens for ODOT field crews and other key TOCS resources using ASP.NET MVC with Razor Pages. ‐ Implemented stored procedures to aggregate TOCS resource data from the system's Microsoft SQL Server backend in order to dramatically reduce detail screen load times.
