Work as Drilling and Workover engineer:- Drilling and Workover Engineer: Responsible for Coordinating and control of drilling and workover engineering activities, drilling and work over programs and the provision of technical expertise of optimize drilling operations. - Prepare drilling and Workover programs, cost control & budget, performance tracking and planning, including preparation of (AFE’s & WO’s), look ahead for needed equipment such as (drilling bits, wellheads, casing, tubing……etc, including well design and drilling programs review.- Involved in preparation of ( Rig Capabilities Estimating , Cementing Design, Coring Jobs, Casing Design, Drilling Fluid operations & laboratory Tests, Drill string + BHA design & performance, Bits selection, open hole logging.......etc- Responsible on following Wells completion & Workover operations.- Monitor and analyze the work progress during drilling, well completion and workover. Giving necessary instructions and advice to solve problems and avoid delay in work schedule.- Prepare special technical reports on existing or future projects, using of fiber glass casing in observations wells.- Manage daily drilling operations at Rig site and supervision, including contractors & service companies.- Optimization of bit selection and casing program based on formation pressure, lithology and well objective.- Issue detailed drilling programs, covering mud and cement calculations and testing…etc.- Follow up well operations and compare with approved well programs.- Analyze offset data, including bits, BHA’s equipment & tools, formation litho logy, drilling parameters....etc- Reporting to drilling office daily drilling operations and related jobs.- Running operations according to standard HSE, Health, safety and environmental policy.
