Isak was trainer and training coordinator during outsourcing of ICA ITS (infrastructure services). The purpose of the training was to strengthen ICA's IT staff's capabilities when transitioning from an inhouse service provider to managing services outsourced to a major international partner (Infosys). Around 200 staff took the training (ITS, Bank, VUIT). It was a pleasure to walk with Isak and I've been very satisfied with his professional deliveries.
