  Once I finished my Doctoral studies in 2014, I began my academic career first as a teaching assistant and later on as a professor in civil engineering faculty of Mother Teresa University in North Macedonia. Among the most important achievement during my academic career, I can outline: - preparation of learning materials for faculty students (translation of world-renowned engineering books published by Wiley, namely Statics, Dynamics and Mechanics of Materials. (a work stil under development) - updating of the teaching curriculum of two study programs (the Civil Engineering and Architecture study programs) as part of the reaccreditation process which reoccurs every 5 years. - participation in various conferences and symposiums with over 30 scientific papers, and publishing 7 of my research papers in scientific journals.   For over a decade 2005-2015, I have been involved in the design and construction of a dozen of residential houses and of four multistory buildings. Throughout this time, achieving a full compliance with Eurocode standards for seismic design of reinforced buildings, quality of materials and construction tasks, were among the most important challenges to me.
