Back in 2016, I was the Shop Manager at Mplaza and I was looking for a support service person who could work under pressure, be multitask (many things were done manually back then), be a team player, be able to work under minimal supervision and have brilliant written and conversational English skills for our live chat service and phone support system. Isaira answered the ad that I published, she was very honest by saying that she did not have experience in live chat customer service but that she was willing to learn and take the extra mile. Back then, Mplaza was a very young company and many things were learned organically and did not have a project management support software that our team members could rely on. Thus, she studied all the chats and emails on her own, took from them the FAQ, made her own templates to facilitate her answers to the learners and make her work more productive. I am glad that I took a chance on Isaira, she is professional, pays attention to details, and gives her best. I remember that the one thing that made her nervous was the live chat support service because you can be dealing with more than one customer at a time and they all have to feel special and that their problem is been handled properly. I can proudly say that Isaira has become a Senior Tier Customer Representative and VA over the past six years.
