  The purpose of the thesis was to perform a market analysis for Logiwaste AB. Where the potential of Logiwaste’s products and technology for large, growing cities in the U.S was evaluated. The analysis contained internal and external analysis, from both quantitative and qualitative sources. A large emphasis was on technology landscaping, competitive analysis and external factors. The thesis resulted in a more broad and deep knowledge concerning a potential strategy for establishment in the U.S. market. I learned methodology to conduct a technical report, analyse data, qualitative interviews and much more. I got proficiency of technology landscaping and how external factors, as much as internal, will affect the entrance in new markets.
