Isabel Walker provided training to the staff at Bipolar UK in how to work with the media and how to give effective presentations. The sessions were engaging and well thought through, with live practice a core element. I've received professional media and presentation training myself in the past and I still discovered new techniques and approaches to use. I would strongly recommend her to other charities keen to develop their skills in these areas.

Isabel to the rescue! After benefitting enormously from a personal coaching session with media expert Isabel Walker two years ago I turned to her recently for an urgent refresher session prior to a daunting, high-level conference at which I am speaking. Her invaluable coaching tips on dealing with audience questions lobbed from left field, retaining control of issues within my comfort zone and building that all-important bridge back to my own area of expertise during on-stage discussions, gave me a tremendous sense of confidence and calm. Ready to now face the event with professionalism, and even - dare I say - a hint of pleasurable anticipation, I am extremely grateful for Isabel’s brilliant training dos and don’ts.

Isabel Walker’s grasp of detail, thoroughness in preparation, enthusiasm for her specialist subject and total reliability ensure the highest quality of service. She exemplifies as well as teaches the best communication skills. She is also a supportive and imaginative colleague on whose experience and objective judgment I have come to rely. Clients speak of the pleasure of working with her as well as her professionalism. Linda Laurance, Principal associate, Linda Laurance & Associates
