  As counter manager for such a prestigious brand, I enjoyed the challenge of keeping up to date with the latest make up trends, running the counter to its best ability and hitting sales targets. I had both various responsibilities for both Guerlain and House of Fraser. My main duties included setting targets and KPI’s, track productivity of the counter, correlating figures for entry into spreadsheets, rota’s, timesheets, orders and deliveries. As well as managing a team of 4 I had to always make sure I am offering the highest level of customer service to all passing customers, dealing with customer complaints and queries, managing stock and handling cash. Working for Guerlain also made me aware of the charity Look Good Feel Better who I have also volunteered with.
