Isabel has been an active member in our internal learning platform, the Academy, since January 2022. Her role as a team member and session producer is to come up with session ideas, develop those ideas into well thought out and insightful sessions, work closely with the speakers to refine their content, manage and host the sessions on the day and to facilitate questions at the end of the sessions. Amongst other sessions, Isabel coordinated and run her own interview style career story with our Head of Sustainability. In the lead up to this session Isabel interviewed the colleague and then prepared probing questions which would lead to an interesting dialogue between the two, followed by a high engagement question time. Isabel is a highly valued member of the team due to being a motivated self-starter and having a fantastic ability to find a story whether it be within a person or a topic. She has strong public speaking skills, a personal approach which makes people feel relaxed and included, and the ability to think on her feet and navigate challenging Q&A's within a group setting.
