  I recently worked as the Community Program Director under BRIDGE: Pilipinx Outreach and Retention, which is a student-run, student-initiated program whose target audience is the Pilipinx/Pilipinx-American student community. Established in 1997, this organization works to promote educational equity and holistic retention through its services of high school outreach, academic & personal support, and cultural & community awareness. In this role, I also served as a voting member and Secretary on the Recruitment and Retention Organizing Committee (RROC) at UC Davis, as well as the Political Chair on Filipinxs Organizing Retention and Cultural Empowerment (FORCE).
