Responsibilities include: pushing sales and accounts, managing a mat ensuring all product is replenished and to store standards i.e size cubed, sized, tidy, hung or presented appropriately. Other responsibilities include managing the intake of stock and working within a stock room team to process quickly to put out on shop floor and keep up with Arcadia's fast fashion. Working on tills, with technology, up keeping high customer service and witnessing cash intake. Occasional VM assist with helping air new POS, put out signage and new imagery and doing late shifts in order to reorganise store layout and look, redressing mannequins, adding fixtures etc.

Working closely with the VMs at Whistles I enhanced my fashion knowledge and skills within the industry shadowing the head of visual merchandising throughout their day to day. Hopping from store to store rolling out new windows to teams, spending days in head office planning window designs, attending the SS17 preview and providing reports on weekly comp shops to management.
