  Handle all the purchasing, costing and selling prices of the fabric for the company. Work with our suppliers in developing new items for the company. Work with our customers to understand their needs and to provide them the information required on a daily basis. Provide customer service to the jobber market for the fabric division. Prepare all the costing of goods for all the divisions of the company. Receive all the goods into our ERP system for all the divisions of the company into inventory. Validate all the customs documentation for both the Canadian and US market. Work with the brokers on the various documents for both imports and exports. Work with our forwarders to arrange the shipments and negotiate the costs of the freight. Approve all the bookings of the shipments for all divisions of the company. Prepare the commission reports for the finance team. Have an extensive knowledge of duty deferral and duty drawback. Prepare the purchase contracts with the vendors for the fabric division. Maintain a careful analysis of our fabric inventory. Assist in year end inventory process. Show less
