I’ve been Isabella’s mentor during her stay at The Design Project. She worked in an agile environment redesigning our client’s onboarding feature. She had access to client meetings and went through the whole design process, from ideations of the user flows to low and high-fidelity wireframes. She focused on the client’s technical and business needs, and I was able to assess her time management skills while she applied design feedback throughout the program. Isabella’s strengths I observed include soft and hard skills. Her willingness to learn and grow, and technical skills, such as prototyping, were outstanding. It's been a pleasure to mentor her during her time in TDP!

Working under a senior designer, I redesigned a tutorial for an AR/AI platform that detects early signs of Alzheimer's disease. I created user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. It was an end-to-end process that allowed me to gain insights into the client's business and project objectives. It was an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills in solving real-world problems using a user-centered design approach.

I assisted the general manager in training and leading a team of 10. I took feedback from customers and teams and implemented solutions. It taught me the importance of considering people's different backgrounds and opinions when solving user problems. I assisted the general manager in training and leading a team of 10.
