Lina M. Gomez-Vasquez
I had the privilege of seeing Isabella grow as an aspiring advertising and public relations professional. She was one of the brightest students to come through our program in recent years, and I am exceptionally proud of her. Isabella is organized, detailed oriented, a problem solver, and always has a positive attitude. She worked as an Account Executive Director, creating a PR campaign for a local nonprofit in the Tampa Bay Area. Her group was the best campaign I have seen in the two years I have taught this class. She led her group with kindness, empathy, and willingness to listen to create a positive work atmosphere. Isabella’s experience and talent for strategic planning and applied research are outstanding; she has produced research reports and white papers to make informed decisions for problem-solving and seize opportunities for clients in my classes. She also engaged in academic research through the Fall semester of 2021, working on many tasks such as quantitative analysis of TikTok videos, coding, descriptive statistical analysis, and literature review. This opportunity helped her to develop critical thinking and analytical skills. Any organization will be lucky to have her as a part of their team; she has my highest recommendation.

I consider myself lucky to have Isabella as part of my team. She has a great attitude. She actively seeks out knowledge on how to perform her job duties and is always willing to put in the work required to get the job done. Isabella has great sense of humility. If she makes a mistake (a rare occurrence) she owns up to it and accepts the coaching needed to get back on track. Isabella is in a key position that keeps many of our varied operations running smoothly. She is able to transition between tasks effortlessly. One of the worst parts of hiring student employees is knowing that they are going to graduate, and you are going to lose them as an employee. In this situation, my terrible loss with be an amazing gain for some other lucky employer. I give Isabella my enthusiastic, unwavering recommendation.
