  This was a Counsellor in Training position at an American summer camp. I also completed two weeks as a CIT here in August 2016. The role included helping the counsellor's with their responsibilities and learning from them, looking after children age 9-16 during activities, taking them to and from each activity, having the responsibility of being in change when counsellors where not present, and training new CIT's when they arrive. As well as this, we had to communicating well with the counsellor's and working in harmony with everyone on the campsite.
