Not everybody leaves a mark and impact quite like the one Isabella will. She expertly filled the Project Manager role handling all aspects of operations, project execution, budget, and account management. Her multitasking abilities are exceptional, she had the capacity to oversee internal processes, identify new business opportunities and efficiently collaborate with all our creative and production partners. As the Founder and Creative Director of the company, I observed her sharp ability to quickly navigate a new industry. Even though Isabella came from another field, even though Isabella did not know what a technical file or lining or fashion week was, she immediately dived into our fashion terms, rules and landscape. I noted her strong performance to handle any situation calmly and patiently, even with the toughest clients. This helped us build trusting and long-lasting relationships with our clients. She would accompany me to meetings and easily takeover with the client without me being worried. Since we are still a start-up, she had to manage up to 4 interns at a time from around the world, so sharing an Indian dish while speaking about German history and American education she would surf from all of them and be friendly and super pro. Isabella was autonomous while at the same time being a team player ready to contribute to the achievement of shared goals in Kilometre projects. In her position, she showed distinguished problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach in all aspects of the business. Her contribution to introducing and organising processes that have improved our production and commercial efforts will be of great value in the growth of our company. I have had the pleasure to get to know her on a professional as well as personal level. I believe that with her determination and her positive nature, Isabella will be a valuable asset to any company.
