As secretary, I develop and maintain relationships with upper-level finance and accounting professors to advertise the fraternity to new potential members. I lead the recruitment and interview process each semester for new members. During meetings, I create and maintain accurate rosters and attendance records and communicate regularly with the President and collaborate with executive board members.
