  Foxtons is an Real Estate Broker known for its highly pressured sales environment, its outstanding customer service and is also known for the best training in the industry. The staff are known to work beyond their contracted 64 hours per week to close deals and hit targets. My basic task is to call customers (approximately 500 every 10 days), in order to understand their property search, persuade them to come on a viewings and close them on a particular property. I am targeted on phone calls, viewings completed and ultimately the number and value of sales I exchange and complete. I was promoted within a year to a senior role, which allows me to liase with high end customers and deal with properties upto an unlimited value, maintaining the brand perception at all times.
