My duties included being a mentor to new and existing staff. By demonstrating behaviors and techniques that encouraged them to go out their comfort zone, I was able to watch my fellow employees grow confident! Whether it was handling customers service, taking care of the dogs, or communicating with other staff when they felt that is was necessary, I am happy that I got to be the team leader that helped people grow more confident in themselves!
