She quickly determines people's qualities, skills, and defaults, and thus, knows how to motivate and manage her team members. Moreover, she is a very good mentor; indeed she is always willing to advise and share her experience, which is particularly instructive and enriching for her associates. On the other side, it has been a pleasure professionally speaking, as Isabel is a skilful and experienced person, fair to her colleagues, in her choices, and regarding her working methods. Her qualifications and experiences give her a sharpened and complete view in her working approach, which makes projects very interesting as we used to analyze them under different angles. Plus, the fact that she is very involved in the projects is a driving force for the team.
