  As a part of the group for Atomistic Simulation of Structural and Phase Stability at ICAMS Bochum and project C1 of SFB / TR 103 I investigate the influence of defects and interfaces on functional materials (superalloys, high-entropy alloys) by different computational approaches. In particular, I utilize high-throughput and large-scale calculations employing ab-inito methods, analytic bond-order potentials, and molecular dynamics.
