Conducted research in collaboration with SINTEF Digital and boost.ai for a Master´s thesis regarding how User Experience (UX) is affected by differences in chatbot interaction design. Collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data through A/B testing. The study contributed to knowledge on how to create and improve User-centered technology. The master`s thesis was evaluated with the grade A and will be published in a peer-review journal in collaboration with SINTEF. Research project for the Norwegian Police Academy in collaboration with the Department of Psychology at the University of Oslo. The project entailed conducting several semi-structured interviews with employees regarding their user experience of a digital management tool.
