I've had the joy to work with Isabel during my last 2 years at Superdry. Isabel learnt the tasks and systems for the role very quickly, and it wasn't long before she was training herself new starters, to the highest standards. As a consequence of her agility and ability to learn, Isabel was trained on all aspects of our Customer Services team: Direct E-commerce customers, EBAY store, retail (direct and franchise) enquiries, UK, Mainland Europe and Rest of the World. For the 2019-2020 peak period, Isabel volunteered to be trained on fraud tasks and investigations, as well as taking on some supervisory tasks (auditing payments and refunds, managing promotional activities such as customer credits). Isabel has exceptional customer services skills, and was able to work with very little input or direction from myself due to her sound decision-making, being able to balance the customer's requests while keeping the business/profitability in mind at all time. Isabel was a key team player for our international team, with some potential for a lot more! I really hope our paths come across again in the future, as she was a blessing for me as well as our organisation.
