Isabel was a fundraising ambassador on McGill's crowdfunding platform called Seeds of Change. She displayed great enthusiasm contributing to a successful campaign. She always approached every task with a smile and was a strong team player. Her positivity and charisma led to a successful churro sale. She was very insightful and resourceful when approaching donors. Her strong social skills facilitated our donations and increased attendance to all our events. Good initiative and teamwork.

SLASummit is a case competition social entrepreneurship conference based on the goal of "How to change the lives of 30 people with $5,000?". I closed a sponsorship deal with UBS (worth $10,000 USD) and Getty images. In addition, I am responsible for creating a group of 20 SLASummit Representatives from different universities in North America to diversify our base of participants. For the first time in the organization's history, there were participants from Harvard and other top universities in the northeastern area of the US and Canada. This led to a successful conference in March 2017. I decided to stay in SLASummit the following year to supervise and aid in the development of a new brand for the organization. In March 2018 another successful summit was completed. Show less

Throughout a period of three months, I performed an in-depth benchmarking analysis of the global FinTech Industry to create a more competitive product. Moreover, I created a digital feature to an existing product in half of the allocated time, that will be implemented in client’s portfolios, solving a long-lasting retention problem. Finally, the internship ended when I presented my project to the entire tariff segment branch, improving my public speaking skills.
