I have performed as an undergraduated reseacher a project with the objective of developing and validating an enantiosselective analytical method for R-Fipronil and S-Fipronil analysis by high efficiency liquid chromatography (HPLC). Toxicity studies were conducted in vitro using human hepatic microsomes, using the developed and validated analytical method.
