Isabel is one of those rare IT Business Analyst professionals that has the drive, positive enthusiasm, communication skills and analytical skills to get big things done; whether it is extracting clear business requirements in a difficult business environment with little ownership; or providing accurate, decisive and timely responses to an army of developers whilst under pressure to deliver diverse manager requests at the same time. Her ability to manage workload and communicate clearly are impressive. She manages priorities well, has a pragmatic approach that is welcome in a world that isn't perfect, and plans and thinks ahead. She spots opportunities for business process improvement and will go for it to make them happen. I would recommend Isabel as a Business Analyst to anyone, and sincerely hope to work with her again.

This is not a new role, BUT it is a New Department! We are hopeful and excited for the changes the new department will bring. However, while the world is restructured around us, I will continue to be the enthusiastic and engaging BA I always am. I am currently working on some interesting projects.
