I worked together with Isabel at Personio. During that time I became very lucky and got Isabel as my supervisor for about 1.5 years. From the beginning on Isabel was a very supportive, caring and organised leader. She has the ability to always keep the individual in her focus. Isabel is a very good listener but also very strong in giving advices and in leading into the right direction. Her analytical and psychological skills are very strong, so she always had a clear focus on personell development and building up strengths.
