As a Senior Animator and Team Lead at Omens Animation Studios, I am responsible for overseeing animation and planning for multiple projects. Alongside consistently producing top-tier animation work, I also provide leadership and guidance to other animators within our studio, ensuring that our IPs maintain a high standard of quality. In addition to leading and mentoring our internal team, I also facilitate communication between departments, collaborating with Storyboard, Rigging, TDs, Modellers, Lighters, and other teams to troubleshoot issues related to pipeline, assets, story, script, and rendering. As part of my role, I also oversee vendor relationships, providing animation reviews and feedback for each episode, holding production and animation briefs with our external partners, and ensuring a smooth and consistent quality check across all vendors. Finally, I also play a key role in onboarding new animators, training them to work efficiently within our pipeline and fostering a welcoming environment that enables them to thrive. Show less
