  Responsible to develop the Validation Plan with supplier, defining what tests is needed to perform and the correct environment to tests and evaluate the results using the GM Procedures and GMWs specifications.Responsible to validate and approve a robust Validation Plan in supplier for Sealing Strips, Weatherstrips, Side Moldings, Glass Run Channel, Handles and Locksets kit. Also responsible to validate the Doors System, including Fuel Filler Doors and the full Body in White for all type of vehicles, including PickUp, Hatchback, Sedans and others.Full support for tests in our Proving Ground located in Brazil, validating and managing the internal laboratory tests. Responsible for Static and Dynamic tests to check the Durability and full operating of the full subsystem components.Experience to understand and use the Global Safety Rules as LatinNcap for South America market and ECE rules for European Markets, supporting other Global Regions as Uzbekistain, China, Russia and United States.Shared working with China, United States, Mexico, Germany and South America countries supporting some activities with external suppliers inside and outside South America.

  Working was Design Release Engineer on the Gamma Project (G1LC) at Launch phase, responsible for all Upper Structure Parts, spot welding optimization with CAE team, solving issues with sense of urgency to avoid any production disruption.Developed some proposals for the INOVAR program, a stretch target to develop a body in white optimization having in consideration 13kg of reduction. (Thickness reduction and communization of spec materials to get piece price saving on the suppliers) (G1LC) Cobalt, (4103) Montana, (G1NC) Spin. (4100) Agile.Responsible DRE for all Body Structure Parts and Pick Up Box supporting the following legacy program 4103 (Agile) in Argentina and South Africa.Responsible Application Engineer for all Front End Parts on D2JC / D2LC program. I have worked at Argentina Plant during 5 weeks on Launch Phase, supporting the plant as IRT of Body Exterior, directing the issues to responsible DRE and working to suppliers to reduce the implementation timing of changes. PDT Leader of the group of stamped parts suppliers from D2LC / D2JC program.Experience of Global Projects that request high level of requirements to meet Durability, Emissions, Fuel Economy and Safety.

  Working as Design Engineer for Sheet Metal Parts during 5 years in Product Design Team, I got a great experience on Unigraphics Software developing parametric math models with high quality, using the GM Tools to approve and release the math model with excellence. On this period, I had developed many important structural parts as: Back Panel from (G1NC), Tail Lamp Pocket / Rear Floor / A Column (G1LC), Back Panel / Front End (4100).Working with some different inputs, this role is necessary a flexibility to adapt requirements to meet the project scope. Large user experience of softwares: Unigraphics NX3, Vismockup, Teamcenter and AutoCad.
