Responsibilities: • Documentation • File management & supervision. • P.P.E Purchase, Disbursement, & Monthly Reconciliation. • Recruit new staff based on client request. • Register incoming staff on H.M.O, PENSION and NHF Scheme. • Carryout biometric for incoming staff for attendance purpose. • Carryout induction process for incoming staff at the plant. • Prepare and send monthly attendance of Sales Rep. & Van Sales Rep to Branch managers for approval. • Proper monitor and follow up on list of staff engaged and disengaged. • Prepare salary spread monthly and get necessary approvals from all heads of department for payment. • Prepare monthly staff overtime. • Attending to mail correspondence from the client (physical and electronic) and refer to who act on them. • Resolve issues from CROs in upcountry, Follow up, disbursement of documents/PPE to CROs in upcountry. • Disburse pay slip to staff and resolve staff complain with regards to salary discrepancies. • Process and Monitor staff leave request, issue out leave certificate. • Attend quarterly meetings with the client’s audit team. • Follow up on staff complain relating to H.M.O and other staff welfare whenever the need arises. • Verify status of staff guarantors and also follow up on guarantors whenever issue arises. • Organize Annual medical screening for staff yearly. • Close recruitment gap. • Handle Debt collection incurred by outsourced staff (Sales Representative/Van Sales Representative Driver) • Manage Relationships with top managers at client office. • Resolve dispute with Law enforcement agencies whenever the need arises. • Resolve debt issues with distributors/staff. • Issue staff query/application of disciplinary measures where necessary. • Compilation of staff attendance/computation of staff overtime monthly. • Process pension benefits for retired/disengaged staff. • Assist Head HR in organizing training for outsourced staff.
