  After being hired to a line cook position I was responsible for the Garde Manger station. Each day I operated with tight time windows, preparing each ingredient for the dishes I was responsible for. This meant finishing multiple projects each day before 5, at which time service would begin. During service I was responsible for producing dishes promptly and without mistakes.
