  After several years of experience, I now direct and manage the marketing efforts at Beyond Properties Realty. I have experience coordinating large projects and developing new marketing strategies. I am very adept at recording and analyzing marketing data, and I am very good at presenting that data to my colleagues so that it can be utilized by everyone.

  I communicate directly with clients to provide insight on their real estate listing's performance while it is the market. I provide them with statistics on the market their home is in, as well as use my years of experience in real estate to answer any questions they may have about the process of buying/selling their home.

  I assist the rest of our administrative staff and real estate agents with day-to-day operations. This includes data entry, data integrity, managing and designing office forms, and having proficiency in all of our in-office resources like Microsoft Office, CRMs, MLS, Zillow, and more.

  My marketing experience began with developing and designing email campaigns, brochures, and promotional material, which I continue to do today. Since then, it has evolved to include managing social media platforms, oversee our digital advertising, plan social events and digital webinars, manage website materials, produce and edit video content, and more.
