My daily role Involves hands on support completing helpdesk requests. We use; deploy studio Absolute manage , Active Directory and Exchange server to assist in these tasks. I am based at .99 Enterprises and from there I provide support for multiple agencies; Colenso, Raydar, JustONE and Touchcast.
